We fully manage all kinds of qualitative research projects including groups, depths and consumer workshops. Brand Planning
We know that many of our clients already have a wealth of information available from previous studies, but often there is great value in re-visiting this knowledge with a fresh pair of eyes and mining for new insight. This can be particularly useful when several pieces of work are looked at alongside each other, when previously they have only been viewed in isolation. Our expertise can help uncover new insights that were previously overlooked, to develop a more meaningful analysis.
Insight & Innovation Training
The training courses we offer are highly interactive and are centred on the basic principle that people learn best by doing. The core course covers topics such as :

1) The importance of consumer / customer insight, with case studies showing how its use / non-use leads to great innovation success / failure;
2) How to look for consumer / customer insights and become practised in writing and developing them;
3) How to use consumer / customer insight to drive brand activity, including innovation and communications

The course is able to be tailored, however, according to each clients individual needs.
Facilitation


As trained facilitators and experts in insight and innovation, we are well placed to provide facilitation for activities such as marketing workshops and idea generation sessions.
